TERMS AND CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ENTERING THIS RETREAT):

I understand that Rosie Chehade of Happiness Lifestyle is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis, breathwork or embodiment should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

PARTICIPATION:

I give Rosie Chehade of Happiness Lifestyle full permission to hypnotise me and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to my personalised recording for 21 days, I play an important role in my overall success.

GUARANTEE:

I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, Rosie Chehade cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Rosie Chehade has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.

MEDICAL CONCERNS, INDEMNITY AND DISCLAIMER:

Schizophrenia, Bi-polar, Epilepetics, individuals with psychotic illness and patients who are self-harming should not enter into hypnosis (without a doctor’s note) and will not be entering the retreat with Rosie.

DECLARATION OF LIABILITY RELEASE:

As the client, and in consideration for my participation in the offer, I agree that my participation in Byron Bay Sacred Reset Retreat is entirely voluntary and that I assume any risk associated with participation.

Any actions or lack of actions, taken by me, the client, of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility, and any harm, injury or loss that may occur to me as a result of my participation in the offer, is neither the responsibility or liability of Rosie Chehade of Happiness Lifestyle.

I fully acknowledge and take full responsibility for all risks involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my health care provider prior to participating in the offer.

In the event that I am injured, I agree to assume any financial obligation, either through my personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs I incur. Rosie Chehade of Happiness Lifestyle assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by me in connection with the use of any facilities or services in connection with the offer.

By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to all information in this agreement and I hereby release, and promise to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rosie Chehade of Happiness Lifestyle and founder from any liability whatsoever.

This release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, intentional or reckless misconduct, or any other liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded by agreement.

I agree that the purpose of this agreement is that it shall be an enforceable RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE TO THE SERVICES POLICY

Happiness Lifestyle Pty Ltd T/A Rosie Chehade Consulting has a NO refund policy.

You have requested to engage me as to provide the Services. I am invested in your transformation during this process and it is imperative to the success of the Services that you are also committed, invested and fully engaged in the Services for the duration of the retreat.

There is therefore no general right to terminate, cancel or change the Services during the term of this agreement. In the event of an unlikely circumstance, you agree to forgo the ticket as we are unable to replace you and therefore cover the cost of your ticket.
